Welcome to the new leadership site. Here you will find descriptions of the different aspects it takes to be a leader in a troop. Remember that holding a leadership position is required starting at star. While leadership is not required before star, if you would like show leadership in our troop before star, look around at any leadership positions you might be interested in. Below is a short video by the university of Sydney outlining what leadership is.
Remember, being a leader is not about bossing others around, it is about being a servent for others and enabling others to do their best work. Keep that in mind as you review what leadership is.
